A Brief Overview
The US LBM Lead – Endpoint Management – User Experience (UX) role focuses on driving continuous improvement in endpoint management across diverse environments, including office settings, retail locations, and manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include assessing and optimizing Microsoft 365 (M365) services and endpoint configurations, collaborating with other technical resources within the Advanced Technical Services (ATS) team. The position also involves working closely with cross-functional teams such as Project Management, Security, and Networking, and plays a critical role in M&A activities to ensure smooth transitions. Key tasks include developing comprehensive documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with organizational goals and support ongoing enhancements.
What you will do

Assess and optimize endpoint deployments and user experiences across environments such as office settings, retail locations, and manufacturing sites.

Evaluate M365 tool utilization, collaborating with other technical resources within the Advanced Technical Services (ATS) team to enhance productivity.

Partner with ATS team members to assess and suggest improvements for device configurations to align with organizational standards.

Regularly review configuration policies from Intune, M365, and local domains to ensure alignment with business goals in a hybrid environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Security, and Networking, to integrate endpoint and M365 optimizations with broader IT strategies.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, SOPs, and user guides to support various departments and communicate best practices.

Education Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

Advanced degrees or certifications in IT management, UX design, or related areas are preferred.
Experience Qualifications
-
3-5 years of experience in IT roles focused on endpoint management, M365 services, or related areas.

Proven experience with hybrid environments, including both on-premises and cloud-based systems.

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Security, Networking, Cloud, and Project Management.
Skills and Abilities
-
Strong understanding of Intune, M365, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs), including reviewing and suggesting optimizations.

Experience with endpoint configuration and management in diverse environments, such as manufacturing and retail.

Knowledge of user experience best practices as they apply to IT systems and infrastructure.

Familiarity with configuration management tools and scripting languages, such as PowerShell, is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

Physical demands include sitting for extended periods, standing and walking, bending or stooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 occasionally.
