A Brief Overview
The US LBM Lead – Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) is responsible for overseeing and managing the integration of various enterprise applications within an organization. The role requires a deep understanding of integration methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure seamless communication and data exchange between disparate systems. This person will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure that all systems work together efficiently and effectively.

Ensure the integration architecture is scalable, robust, and secure.

Lead integration projects from conception to completion.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the integration team.

Evaluate and recommend integration tools and technologies.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in EAI.

Oversee the implementation of integration solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.

Communicate integration strategies and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Foster strong relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes and solutions for future reference and audit purposes.

Education Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience.
Experience Qualifications
-
3-5 years of experience in enterprise application integration required.

Proven experience in leading integration projects and teams.

Strong background in middleware technologies and integration tools (e.g., Azure Integration Technology stack – Logic Apps/Function Apps, Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator).

Experience with Azure Integration Service / Microsoft Logic Apps is preferred.
Skills and Abilities

Excellent understanding of integration patterns and best practices.

Proficient in APIs, web services, and data formats (e.g., XML, JSON).

Certification in integration tools and technologies is a plus.

Experience with cloud integration platforms and services.

Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and tools.

Knowledge of best practices in code development, including version control, code review, and documentation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
